I mainly got it for Metalingus, because I'm a huge wrestling fan, and that is Edge's entrance theme. But the rest of the album is not as hard core as Metalingus, but it is still wickedly sweet.

This is an incredible rock album; Shed my skin and Metalingus are aural perfection. I won't lie and say I was a fan of Creed; I enjoyed the music when I heard it but never went out of my way to spend money on it - the musical arrangements were great but the vocals never captured my attention long enough.
That can't be said of Myles Kennedy. I am in awe everytime I hear him sing. The passion and musicianship in Alter Bridge is inspiring and worth a listen. Buy this, you won't regret it.

This CD kicks A**!! Alter Bridge blows Creed away, much harder and metal sounding. I Love Myles voice and Mark is a very underrated guitarist. Saw them in concert after this CD release and they rock live also.

I picked up this cd and was totally blown away! The guitar and vocals are second to none. I can't even explain what Myles Kennedy's vocals do to reform the previous members of Creed into this new sensation called Alter Bridge. I can only beg you to do yourself a favor and check out this cd, you won't be sorry.

This is one of the best rock bands ever formed,simply because they offer something to everbody who is a fan of the genre. From the well-written melody of In Loving Memory and Open Your Eyes to the sheer ferocity and heaviness of Watch Your Words and Metalingus Alter Bridge's One Day Remains is an album that needs to be in the collection of anyone who remotely enjoys this type of music. A couple of other stand-outs on this disc are the title track with is speedy riffs and upbeat feel (which continues to make my jaw drop due to its showing that even bands formed after 2000 can actually have TALENT!!!)and Find The Real showcasing its slow yet super-catchy beat.
